1. The competition is promoted by Napier Inner City Marketing (NICM), PO Box 526, Napier 4140.
2. There is no entry fee and entries are limited to one per person.
3. Entry forms can be obtained from and returned to any Napier inner city business participating in the City Sale. Sweet promotion. Entry forms can also be downloaded from www.cityonsale.co.nz
4. Closing date for the competition is 5pm on Sunday 20 July 2014.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The prize for the winner is a bucket of lollies and $200 cash.
7. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
8. The prize is not transferable.
9. The winner will be chosen at random from the entries received.
10. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be withdrawn the from the winner and a replacement winner will be picked.
11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
