We provide information, support and education to people with diabetes and their family and Whanau.
We are active in the community raising awareness about diabetes and supporting people to lower their risks of developing type 2 diabetes wherever possible.
We work with other services and health professionals to ensure everyone has the information they need to be well and in control of their diabetes.
